President and CEO

Reporting to the chair of the board, the CEO provides dynamic, executive leadership to the organization and has overall responsibility for NSAA’s operations, including, but not limited to, the following: government relations and lobbying activities, public relations, research, financial management, member education and administration. Working with the board of directors, the CEO enacts and implements a bold strategic vision in order to strengthen and move the organization forward. The CEO champions and communicates the organization’s mission and relevance; is responsible for the organization’s financial performance; engages, communicates, and collaborates in an inclusive manner, not only with the board of directors, but also with industry and government leaders, community stakeholders, and related organizations. The CEO must demonstrate the ability and drive to deliver strategic value and support to a broad spectrum of members – from global publicly-traded companies to independent resorts, community-based areas and industry suppliers. Event and Learning Technology Manager

NSAA is seeking a meeting planner with an interest in education to work with the Education and Events team to ensure that educational conferences, trade shows, other association events, as well as webinars and other education opportunities are successful. The primary job focus is to provide coordination and administrative support for a variety of organizations during the planning and execution of these events, providing on-site support and post event reconciliation. Additional responsibilities include support of NSAA’s Learning Management System (LMS) and support development of online learning modules. This position is not an entry level position and requires organizational and problem-solving skills developed through experience working collaboratively through the event planning process and event execution; with subject matter experts, and others involved with our online learning platform.
